Shrove Tuesday: Tues 4 (2-5pm)
Head to Sands End Arts & Community Centre (SEACC) for a flipping great Pancake Day this Shrove Tuesday. We’ve heard there’s a special pancake-making guest and they’ll be selling pancakes with maple syrup for a £1 until they run out.
St Patrick’s Day: Fri 14 (9pm - 1am)
Join the flatmates at the Little Blue Door Fulham ( on Friday 14) “everyone’s invited for a shamrockin’ good time”. They’ll be live Irish Music, green beer, Jameson cocktails, Beer Pong, DJ’s, retro games and house party vibes. Tickets cost £10 and include entry and welcome drink before 10pm. Kenrick’s Petanque: Sun 16 (9am for 9.30am)
Come and take part in Petanque events at the Walnut Grove by the Sands End Arts & Community Centre in South Park. These events are planned for up to 24 teams and the entry fee is £10 per player (£20 per team) in cash upon arrival. There will be a PRIZE for the winners and runner-ups. Petanque is a simple and enjoyable game where the objective is to throw metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden target ball called the jack. Meet the local Singles: Thurs 20 (7-9.30pm)
“Meet the Local Singles” evenings, a new series of social sessions, take place at Bridge Baker’s 811 Fulham Road Bakery and Pizzeria. The evenings are small informal gatherings of approximately 20 singles, with the emphasis on a relaxed, easy environment for single locals to chat, make new connections and enjoy a midweek night out over a drink and some pizza. Tina Turner at the Palace: Fri 21 (7.30pm - 10pm)
Billed as a “high energy Tina Turner tribute featuring powerhouse vocals, dynamic backup dancers and a buzzing atmosphere” in a marquee at the Palace. You’ve Got a friend: Weds 26 (7-9pm)
A concert celebrating springtime in support of Maggie’s West London at St Eth’s, 528 Fulham Palace Road, featuring the Fulham Belles and the Roehampton Club Ladies. Wines for Spring: Thurs 27 (7.30 - 9pm)
Head to Kenrick's Fulham at 275 Wandsworth Bridge Road where they’ll be tasting a selection of wines suitable for Spring, think Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, light reds. These wines will paired with a selection of seasonal British cheeses. Fulham Camerata Spring Concert: Sun 29 (6.30pm)
This chamber choir has moved to a new home, All Saints Fulham, and on Sun 29 they will be singing the Mozart Requiem and some of Bach’s Cantatas. Mozart died in Vienna at the tender age of 35 well before its completion but his composition was completed by his disciple Sussmayr who delivered it to Mozart’s patron complete with Mozart’s signature, almost a year after he had died!
